I am a Cartagena native who finds joy in the kitchen and creates magic at home, fusing Spanish, Mexican, and American cuisines.
During the years I lived in El Paso, Texas—right on the border with Ciudad Juarez, Mexico—I discovered original, flavorful, and authentic ‘home-style’ MEXICAN food, thanks to family and dear friends. Ever since then, my palate has been forever changed.
